What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 3 tonnes. This lets us offer competitive prices and handle transport and delivery efficiently.

The whole enquiry counts: you can mix product ranges and wood species.

3 tonnes are roughly:

• Sawn timber: 4–8 m³ depending on species
• Wood pellets: 3 t
• Firewood: about 7 m³

Am I buying something when I send the form?

No. You send an enquiry. We review it and send you a quote by email with price, delivery date and delivery costs. A purchase only comes about once you accept that quote. That is why the basket shows no amounts.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes at least 3 weeks. You give a preferred date with your enquiry; it is a preference, not a commitment. We confirm the date in the quote.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Serbia, North Macedonia. The delivery country you choose is sent with your enquiry and has to match the delivery address.

Why are there no prices in the shop?

Because every enquiry is priced individually. Price and freight depend on quantity, finish, species and destination - a single figure in the basket would be wrong for most enquiries. You put your items together, we send you a quote with price, delivery date and delivery costs.

Do you also offer transport without goods?

Transport is not currently a product in this shop. It depends on route and destination and cannot be listed as an item of its own. Describe what you need in the comments of your enquiry.
