What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 3 tonnes. This lets us offer competitive prices and handle transport and delivery efficiently.

• Sawn timber: from 3 t, 4–8 m³ depending on species
• Wood pellets: from 3 t
• Firewood: from 7 m³

Am I buying something when I send the form?

No. You send an enquiry. We review it and send you a quote by email with price, delivery date and delivery costs. A purchase only comes about once you accept that quote. The total in the basket is an estimate from our price list, not a commitment.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes at least 3 weeks. You give a preferred date with your enquiry; it is a preference, not a commitment. We confirm the date in the quote.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy. The delivery country sets the VAT rate and with it the total you see.

Are the prices shown binding?

No. Prices are currently midpoints of the ranges in our price list and not yet confirmed. The range for each species is shown in the product row. Delivery costs come on top; they depend on distance and are stated in the quote.

Do you also offer transport without goods?

Transport is not currently a product in this shop. It depends on route and destination and cannot be listed as an item with a fixed price. Describe what you need in the comments of your enquiry.
